Happy Veteran's Day! I'm sitting here at home thinking of the kiddos since we all have the day off. I just learned from my CT that it is a requirement for schools to commemorate Veteran's Day in some way. In our classroom, the students got together with their little buddies to talk with eachother and do Veteran's Day activities. I copied activity sheets such as coloring the American flag for students to work on.
I'm definitely enjoying the day off, but I'm excited to return to the classroom on Thursday to teach my third UbD lesson!
